This all began when I took out my N64. I had found it in the garage, from when my father gave it to me. It was in good condition, and some retro fun sounded awesome. I looked through the games. I found a cartridge that was at the bottom of the bag, reading "Mario" and the number 0. I didn't know what to think of this, since I had never heard of this game.

I put it into the N64 and played it. It came up to a screen that was Mario's head, much like Super Mario 64. But the "M" on the head had been replaced with a "0". I didn't know what to think other than it was a hacked copy of Super Mario 64.

I started a new world. But instead of the normal dialogue popping up, it popped up with Luigi yelling "Help!". Of course in a dialogue box, with some other information.

Bowser's text read, "If you do not rescue Luigi, he will die in void," Bowser stated.

I freaked out, since I knew for a fact that Luigi wasn't even in the game. Plus, Bowser did not look right. I realized that his pupils were zeros, text zeros in a cartoon picture. I considered shutting off the game, but I wanted to explore this further.

So I got into the castle. But when I stepped inside, I knew things were seriously wrong. The toads were gone, and there was a glitch that prevented me from getting to rooms, the only place I could go was the sunshine, which looked grey. I jumped into the grey.

All of a sudden I saw a level that looked like a boss battle with Bowser (he still had the zero eyes). I started to beat him, and finally after much gameplay I beat him, but that wasn't what was weird. Afterwards Bowser hit a gear, destroying it, and Luigi falls into a darkness, which I am guessing is "void". But the next thing was what creeped me out. I will never play this again, no matter what.

Luigi appeared on the screen, with black eyes. He had an evil smile. He then attacked Mario. Having no way to beat him I just let myself die. Then Luigi said something sinister, in voice.

"Zero."

Then the N64 turned off, I removed the cartridge. I have not played it since.
