In any city, in any country, go to any mental institution or halfway house you can get yourself into. When you reach the front desk, ask, with no hesitation to visit the one who calls himself The Holder of The Entity'.

Should the worker's face turn pale and his eyes widen, he will lead you to a door, enter, and he will close the door behind you. In front of you, there should be a long corridor, the walls built of dirty, corroded stone, much like the one's found in old castle dungeon's. Now, start walking, if you are to hear anything other than your own footsteps, just ignore it, but do NOT turn around, because there WILL be something behind you, as long as you face forward and just keep walking, the 'thing' that followed you will leave your presence.

Once you reach a point were there is literally no light at all, stop. Despite there being no light, a door will be at your right-handside, clearly visible. There will also be a door on the left, do not enter that door, for that is the room that holds the entity, instead, go through the door on the right.

This room will have light, but it will be a very dim beam emitting from a lamp hanging from the ceiling. In the corner of the room, there will be a naked man, crouching with his back turned to you. As long as you keep your distance, he will cause no harm, if you are to touch him, he will turn around and kill you quicker than a blink of an eye. You can ask him anything you want, but he will only reply to one question;

"Will you calm the entity?".

The man will raise his head and stand up. Then, he will walk up to the door, still with his back turned to you and enter through the other door. A huge, luminous beam of purple light with blast through the door, then silence.

When you go through the door, you will arrive at the back of the establishment. In front of you is a small, purple, transparent stone. This is object 537 of 538, NEVER bring these objects together.
