Young Wishes

You know when you were young and you threw coins in wishing wells and other crazy stuff to get your heart's desire?

As you grew older you realized that that was sheer NONSENSE. You may have been wrong... Most people that actually have their wish granted use it for evil.

Jeff actually got his wish granted. He wished he could kill EVERYONE that got in his way.

You might turn out like Jeff, or my old friend, Daniel. I will tell you in first-person perspective his wishes.

It was a normal day. I was in the first grade (a long time ago), and my best friend was Daniel. We went to our local park - they had a wishing well. My friend Daniel asked for a quarter. Being his best friend, I regrettably gave him one. "What's your wish?" I asked him.

"I can't, or else it wont become true," he said with a smirk, as he threw in the quarter.

Several years later, in the fourth grade, we were playing army (you know, that game you used to play), and he pulled out an imaginary knife, and stabbed it into another friend's back (on the other team), and it actually killed him! "Gotcha! Hehehehe," he said.

The rest of us ran for our lives, and only I looked back. "Why?" I said with a tear in my eye. He took an imaginary gun, and shot a teacher. Daniel, but as we called him, DEATH, escaped with forty-nine students killed and half the staff dead. I went home, told my parents, we got our old baseball bats, and hid in my room. He is still out on the loose, but I did get a picture of DEATH two years ago, when I was in the tenth grade.

I'm still looking for that photo - it scared the living hell out of me. If I do find that photo, I will add it to this page.
